They couldn't find his office and said they called his number(there were no missed calls on my husbands phone). The next day came and still no delivery. I called at 5:30 pm and was told it was in the freezer. My husband had to go and pick up his own anniversary gift and I was still charged the $14.99 for a delivery that never happened.
