  We had a horrible experience at this GameStop. We bought a refurbished xbox 360 and it had serious issues. It obviously had not been refurbished correctly. This was not this individual GameStop's fault but how they handled our return was. We originally were going to swap it out for a new one at this store, but decided against it after the service we received. The woman that handled our return was blatantly rude. She said that "they really don't care" about the game cases being broken when being sold, she said it was "her problem, not ours" with an attitude when we asked for a return instead of an exchange, and just generally had a terrible attitude. We will not be returning to this GameStop for anything.
