  While most companies will still return items they can't resell and just take a loss, H&M prefers to just refuse the return and lose a customer for life. I purchased properly sized underwear per their sizing chart and they run at least two sizes too small. Since they were tried on they will not exchange the items and I vow to never shop there again. What a wonderful way to lose customers for a fairly new brand and a newish store for the area.

  For the longest time I thought H&M was only a European store. But now they're here for medium quality clothes at prices I can afford! But in dollars now!
