  The only issue that I experienced was the lack of communication. It would be nice of them to keep you in the loop if repairs are going to take longer than expected. However, Nate went over and beyond in getting it repaired and he floored us when it came time to pay-no charge! I was not expecting that at all, and in fact I felt bad that he had repaired it and did not charge my =daughter. I guess the parts took way longer than expected and he felt it was fair to not charge us. I will continue to use his company for all my computer repairs.
