  I called it to get information today on treatment for Carpenter Ants. I got 2 different people at the national call center that told me they couldn't give me pricing or program information until someone came out to do an inspection. I explained I just needed pricing on a blanket application program for Carpenter Ants and had my home sq footage and everything. They told me that they would need to look for themselves. These people are morons! I called 5 other companies and they were all happy to give me their pricing, service schedule, guarantee information, etc. I guess Orkin thinks that they are the only people that could possibly know what your home needs. It doesn't take a PHD in Entomology to recognize an insect and spray it with something to kill it, but I'm sure the Orkin training program (probably a whole week) is the equivalent. Don't waste your time calling this company!... I am in business development as a career and I can tell you that if a company won't give you pricing on a simple program, that by the way, is going to be the same 5 or 6 step program no matter if they've stepped foot on the place or not, it is simply because they are more expensive and it is harder for you to tell an "expert" no when he is standing in your living room than it is over the phone.
