  Normal. Person helping me was new and had to walk away for every question. 2nd person came and ended with I was about to look up any deal coming out for you. Feel like we should have lead with that. Verus will if you wasn't leaving we can have you stand here long as I walk back and forth.

  Regardimg Tanner. He interrupted me in mid-sentence to advise me to switch carriers. Took a call mid-sentence to help someone else (not to ask that they hold, but to stop helping me and work on an extensive issue). After four minutes, I gathered my things and left. I drove 70 miles to speak with someone in person (after attempting to use LiveChat), so this longtime Sprint customer is beyond frustrated. Previous visits to this location have been exceptional (with Steven). Working with Tanner was a complete waste of time.
