  Horrible experience. The only thing worse is trying to deal with AT&Ts customer service which is in whatever land. They haven't satisfied me yet. They just sell me higher priced phones to fix problems. This whole horrible experience is over a simple go phone. I have to drive 22 miles to the store each time. I bought a phone last night from the manager who said, " he could do anything with a phone." Going back today because the email won't hook to the server. I have been with Sprint on plans for 8 years. They go through a phone and when they send you out the door, you just start using the phone because it was set up and it works. I went in yesterday, it was cold and snowy. No customers in the store but a lot of techs. I still didn't get any service and left with a phone that wasn't working properly.

  I've made several visits to this location while getting a couple of phones switched over from Verizon to AT&T. I have always had a good experience in dealing with the staff as I've found them to be friendly, helpful, and informed on product knowledge.
